Frequently asked questions

In partnership with The Courier Guy, Prima Paws aims to deliver your products to your door within 2-4 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your package has been scheduled.

Please ensure that someone is available to provide receiving pin of your package to avoid a missed delivery.

For orders R699 or more, delivery is FREE.

For orders under R699 – delivery fees are R100 Nationwide

Delivery in the Republic of South Africa only.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit or exchange with 14 days of purchase date, provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with its original packaging.

To log a return please email accounts@primapaws.co.za with your invoice number, contact details and details of the return request.
